A Friendship Sparked
After first meeting before class, we became some of each other's best friends when we would have lunch on campus, and going to have ice cream at the Comfy Cow.

The Little Moments
We would frequently go hammocking, go to the movies, and loved going on late-night drives.

Luke Catches Feelings
Luke almost immediately caught feelings for Mary Lessie and asked her to be his girlfriend twice, but apparently depends on who you ask...
2022
Making It Official
While at a New Year's Eve party at one of Louisville's historic ballrooms, Luke asked Mary Lessie to be his girlfriend while under a table, eating our good luck grape's. She said yes finally!

The Big Yes
Started the day going to one of our favorite coffee shops, and then visiting a few places that became special spots over the years and then Luke had a surprise picnic setup at one of the first places we went to back in freshman year. Mary said yes!!!
